Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are non-returnable & non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Customized or made-to-order products.

Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale.”

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process

Email us at support@noirandgrace.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the product to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
